- クリーンルームを複数階形成し、これらクリー
ンルームを貫通して形成した昇降路内に昇降体を
配設し、この昇降体は前面のみ開放の荷収納空間
を有し、この荷収納空間内に、前面開放部を通し
て作動する荷受け渡し装置を設け、前記昇降体に
、荷収納空間内にクリーンエアーを左右方向に流
すクリーンユニツトを設けたことを特徴とするク
リーンルーム間の搬送装置。
