Claims (1)
試料水に超音波を照射して油分を乳化させる手段
と、試料水に可視光線を照射するための光源およ
びこの光源からの照射光を受けて試料水中の蛍光
物質から発せられる蛍光をフイルタを介して受光
する受光素子からなる蛍光強度測定手段と、超音
波の照射前後における蛍光強度の差分から油分濃
度を演算算出する手段とを備えてなる油分濃度測
定装置において、前記蛍光強度測定手段の光源を
発光ダイオードとするとともに、フイルタを発光
ダイオードの波長に対応する蛍光波長フイルタと
