或はディスクの損傷を防止するためヘッドをディスク回
転前にシータ方向に摺動させるが、ヘッドとディスク間
に生じる吸着力がヘッド及びディスクが置かれている周
囲の湿度に関係していることから、そのヘッド及びディ
スク周囲の湿度によって適切にヘッドの摺動動作を行う
ことにより、ヘッド或はディスクに何ら影響を与えずに
吸着による事故を防止できる効果がある。
