Various ventilation devices are used to improve ventilation inside a house. Among these, there is a ridge ventilation system that can quickly exhaust air containing moisture from the attic space under the roof to the outdoors from the ridge of the roof.
Inside, a waterproof metal plate is used to allow air to escape from the attic space and to prevent rainwater from entering the interior. However, the waterproof boards used in the ridge part need to be arranged to match the roof slope, so waterproof boards are prepared for each roof slope of the house, but the waterproof boards are bent or stretched on site to match the slope. However, there were problems in that the number of types of parts would increase or the construction would be time-consuming.

The present invention was made in view of the technical background described above, and its purpose is to provide a waterproof board that can be easily constructed to match the roof slope. DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION The waterproof board of the ridge ventilation system of the present invention extends from the upper end of the water return piece 3, which is erected at the end of the substrate 14 fixed to the surface of the roof material 9, to the base [14]. A waterproof plate 12 is formed by extending a cover piece 4 for covering the upper part of the back space 10, a ventilation hole 5 is bored in the water return piece 3, and the cover pieces 4 of the pair of waterproof plates 12 are made flexible. It is characterized in that it is connected by a flexible sheet 16. Therefore, the flexible sheet 16
If the waterproof plates 12 on both sides of the roof are attached to the roofs on both sides of the ridge part, the flexible sheet 16 will bend freely and will naturally follow the roof slope, making construction easy regardless of the roof slope. Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, when roofing boards 8 and roofing materials 9 are thatched on the rafters 7 arranged on both sides of the ridge with a roof slope, the roofing boards 8 and roofing materials 9 An attic ventilation opening 2 is formed in the ridge with a gap between the ends of the attic. Therefore, the humid air in the attic space 10 under the roof 1 is discharged above the roof 1 through the attic ventilation opening 2. A waterproof board 12 is placed on the upper surface of the roofing material 9 on both sides of the attic ventilation opening 2 with packing 11 laid down, and is fixed to the roofing material 9 with nails 13. The waterproof board 12 has a water return piece 3 erected at the tip of the attic ventilation opening 2 side of a base plate 14 which is arranged along the roof material 9 and fixed to the roof material 9, and the water return piece 3 is installed at the upper end of the water return piece 3. A cover piece 4 is further extended from the base plate 14 in parallel with the substrate 14, and is formed by bending a metal plate. The water return piece 3 is tilted toward the board 14 side (the side opposite to the attic ventilation opening 2), and the area near the water return piece 3 has a Z-shaped cross section.
There are a plurality of ventilation holes 5 in the shape of a bow. Partition pieces 15 are erected at both ends of the board 14 to prevent rainwater that has entered onto the waterproof board 12 from flowing into the adjacent waterproof board 12 from both ends of the board 14. In this way, the waterproof plates 12 arranged on both sides of the attic ventilation opening 2
Since an opening is formed between the tips of the cover pieces 4, a band-shaped flexible sheet 16 having waterproof and heat insulating properties is pasted between the tips of the cover pieces 4 to close this gap. water return piece 3
The spacer 6 that supports the spacer 6 has a shape and structure as shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, and has a front upper surface 18 extending diagonally from the flat rear upper surface 17 with the same inclination as the water return piece 3. A wide notch 19 is recessed in the upper surface of the front part so as to face the ventilation hole 5 of the water return piece 3. Further, side skirt pieces 20 are suspended from the side ends of the front and rear upper surfaces 18 and 17, and the rear skirt pieces 20 extend from the rear end of the rear upper surface 17.
is hanging down. Further, a pair of plate-shaped leg pieces 22 are provided on the lower surface of the spacer 6, and ventilation spaces 23 are formed on both sides of the leg pieces 22 to allow ventilation in the front-rear direction. The skirt pieces 20 and 21 protrude further downward than the skirt pieces 20 and 21 so that the spacer 6 is not blocked by the skirt pieces 20 and 21, thereby ensuring ventilation. Further, on both sides of the back surface of the spacer 6, joint grooves 24, which are wider at the back, are provided along the entire length of the upper and lower sides. This spacer 6 is placed on the base plate 14 of the waterproof board 12 arranged on both sides of the attic ventilation opening 2, and the front upper surface 18 is pushed into the lower surface of the water return piece 3, so that the position of the notch 19 is adjusted. water return piece 3
The ventilation hole 5 is arranged so as not to be blocked by the spacer 6 in accordance with the position of the ventilation hole 5 in the spacer 6. ! The one shown in Figures 7 and 8 is a fixing block 25 for fixing the spacer 6, and the tip of the fixing block 25 has a wide end and a groove 24 for joining the spacer 6.
A joint protrusion 26 that can be engaged with the joint protrusion 26 is provided, and the cylindrical part 27 behind the joint protrusion 26 is provided with a nail hole 28 that penetrates vertically. A temporary fixing part 29 in the shape of
A through hole 30 is bored in the bottom and back surface of the temporary fixing part 29. As shown in FIG. 9, the joint protrusion 26 is fitted into the joint groove 24 from above, and the fixing block 25 is connected to the spacer 6. At this time, it is also possible to temporarily fix the fixing block 25 by driving screws or the like into the waterproof plate 12 through the through hole 30 in the bottom of the temporary fixing part 29. What is shown in FIG. 10 is a metal ridge material 31 that constitutes the appearance of the ridge. A chevron portion 32 is bent in a substantially U-shape in accordance with the roof slope, and draining portions 33 are arranged in rows on both sides of the chevron portion 32.
Rain shelters are provided on both sides of Yamagata FN32.
A vent 36 with an id 35 is provided, and a plurality of through holes 34 are bored. Thus, the metal ridge material 31 is placed on the top surface of the cover piece 4 of the waterproof board 12 and the top surface of the spacer 6, and the draining part 33 is attached to the base plate 14 of the waterproof board 12 through the partially disposed gasket 37. placed on top. At this time, the inner surface of the draining section 33 of the metal ridge material 31 is brought into contact with the back surface of the temporary fixing section 29 of the spacer 6, and the through hole 3 is positioned.
4 is located below the water than the spacer 6, and the through hole 34 faces the nail hole 28 of the spacer 6. In this state, as shown in FIG. 7, a large nail 39 with a soft packing 38 attached to the upper end is passed through the hole 30 of the metal ridge material 31 and into the nail hole 28 of the spacer 6. The metal ridge material 31 and spacer 6 are fixed by driving into the timber 9, the roofing board 8, and the rafter 7. In this way, when the nail 39 is driven in, the soft gasket 38 is attached to the nail 39.
The metal ridge member 31 is compressed by the head and pressed against the edge of the through hole 34 of the metal ridge member 31, thereby preventing water from entering from the edge of the through hole 34. In addition, the drain I) part 33 of the metal ridge material 31
It is also possible to fix the spacer 6 to the metal ridge material 31 by driving a screw or the like into the back side of the temporary fixing part 29 of the spacer 6. Therefore, the air containing moisture in the attic space rises through the attic ventilation opening 2 as shown by the solid arrow in FIG. It passes through the ventilation space 27 on the lower surface of the spacer 6 and is exhausted outdoors from the ventilation hole 36 of the metal ridge member 31. On the other hand, as shown by the dashed arrow in Fig. 1, the metal ridge material 3
Rainwater that has entered through the first vent 36 flows downward along the two-way gate 35, passes through the lower surface of the draining part 33 of the metal ridge member 31, and is discharged to the surface of the roof material 9. *Ta,
Even when a large amount of rainwater is blown in, since the water return piece 3 is raised on the upper end side of the board 14 and the ventilation hole 5 is bored in the water return piece 3, there is no risk of rainwater entering through the ventilation hole 5. It looks like this. Furthermore, even if the vicinity of the water return piece 3 is stepped on from above the metal ridge material 31, the load is supported by the spacer 6, so the water return piece 3 does not collapse and fall down, and the ventilation hole 5 is blocked. There is no need to put it away. Along the longitudinal direction of the roof ridge, attic ventilation devices having the above structure are arranged adjacent to each other at regular intervals, and partition pieces 15 are provided at both ends of the waterproof board 12 as described above. Because each attic ventilation system is independent, rainwater does not flow in from the adjacent attic ventilation system, and rainwater does not collect in one place in the ridge, preventing rainwater from overflowing. can be prevented. What is shown in FIG. 11 is the other side of the present invention, in which waterproof plates 12 are arranged on both sides of the attic ventilation opening 2, respectively.
A flexible sheet 16 having heat insulating properties is installed between the tips of the cover pieces 4 on both sides. The water return piece 3 of this waterproof board 12 is supported by the spacer 6, and the fixing block 2
The point that the spacer 6 is fixed at 5 is the same as the first embodiment, but instead of using the metal ridge material 31, the structure is such that the upper part of the waterproof board 12 is covered with a ceramic round ridge tile 40. be. Circular ventilation holes 36 are provided at appropriate intervals on the top surface of the ridge tile 40.
is opened, and a perforated plate 42 for both passages is attached above the vent 36 as shown in Fig. Pt512. The ridge tile 40 has a support beam 41 fixed on the cover piece 4.
The perforated plate 42 is fixed with a screw 43 screwed into the support beam 41. Therefore, the exhaust gas coming out of the ventilation hole 5 passes under the spacer 6 and reaches the ridge tile 40.
The air is discharged to the outside air from the vent hole 36. Further, rainwater blown into the ridge tile 40 from the vent 36 flows from the cover piece 4 to the upper surface of the spacer 6 and is discharged from the lower surface of the lower end of the ridge tile 40 to the outside. Moreover, although rainwater runs down the top surface of the spacer 6, since the side skirt pieces 20 and the rear skirt pieces 21 are hung down from both sides and the back side of the spacer 6 as described above, the rainwater runs down the top surface of the spacer 6. is both skirt pieces 20.21
Water is reliably drained at the lower end, and rainwater is prevented from flowing along the lower surface of the spacer 6 toward the front end and reaching the vicinity of the ventilation hole 5. A flexible sheet 16 having heat insulating properties is attached to the lower surface of the cover piece 4 to prevent condensation. What is shown in Fig. PjS13 is the third embodiment of the present invention,
Although it has almost the same planting as the PI2 example, it is constructed on a roof with a large slope, and the ridge tile 40 has a ventilation hole 36.
Exhaust gas discharged from the ventilation hole 5 of the water return piece 3 is discharged to the outside air through a gap on the lower surface of the lower end of the ridge tile 40.
