Abstract

PURPOSE:To inexpensively obtain sandwich glass by inserting a sheet glass into the lower hollow groove of a frame body provided with two lines of the hollow grooves for adhesion on the inside peripheral face, injecting a liquid adhesive agent into the groove, inserting a sheet glass into the upper hollow groove and curing the adhesive agent. CONSTITUTION:The frame body provided with two lines of the hollow grooves 2, 2 for insertion interposed with a projecting part 1 for partition on the inside peripheral face is prepd. The frame body is disposed in a horizontal state and the sheet glass 4 is inserted into the lower hollow groove 2 for insertion. A prescribed amt. of the liquid adhesive agent 5 (e.g.; phenolic resin adhesive agent) is injected onto the sheet glass 4. After the other sheet glass 3 is inserted into the upper hollow groove 2 for insertion, the liquid adhesive agent 5 is cured and two sheets of the glass sheet glass 2, 2 are united by the adhesive agent layer 6, by which the objective sandwich glass A is obtd. The sandwich glass is thus efficiently produced with the simple installation without using an adhesive film.

[Background technology 1] Conventionally, a contact film such as polyvinyl butyral is sandwiched between two glass plates, and this film is placed in an autoclave and heated at 150° C. and 15 kg/c.
laminated glass is manufactured by bonding glass plates together over a period of approximately 2 hours, but the equipment costs are high, and the patch method requires a long time to count sheets, resulting in low productivity (and is expensive). In addition, adhesive films such as polyvinyl butyral are coated with anti-blocking powder, which requires cleaning and drying to remove the powder.
Furthermore, productivity was decreasing.

[Disclosure of the Invention] The method for manufacturing laminated glass of the present invention includes a frame 3 having a partition protrusion 1 interposed on the inner peripheral surface and two grooves 2 for insertion.
Insert the glass plate 4 into the lower insertion groove 2 in a horizontal position, and then apply a predetermined amount of liquid adhesive 5 onto the glass plate 4.
After that, the glass plate 4 is inserted into the upper insertion groove 2, and then the liquid adhesive 5 is cured to integrate the two glass plates 4 through the adhesive layer 6. This configuration makes it possible to achieve the above object. That is, since the laminated lath A is manufactured using the frame 1, equipment with large mPA is not required, and since the liquid adhesive 5 is used, the adhesion is easier than when using an adhesive film. Film manufacturing costs can be reduced, and γ lath A can be manufactured at low cost.

The present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In this embodiment, a metal frame is used as the frame 1. Two grooves 3 for insertion are provided on the inner circumferential surface of the frame 1 with a convex portion 2 for partition interposed therebetween. First, with this frame 3 in a horizontal state, a glass plate 4 is inserted into the lower insertion groove 2 (Fig. Pj41).1 Next, a predetermined amount of liquid adhesive 5 is injected onto this glass plate 4 (second figure). The liquid adhesive 5 may be injected to the extent that it is flush with the upper surface of the partitioning projection 1.

As the liquid adhesive 5, thermosetting resin adhesives such as phenol resin, polyurethane resin, resorcinol resin, polyester resin, melamine resin, etc., especially two-component curing resin adhesives whose viscosity can be adjusted to a low level, are preferable, and their geothermal plasticity A resin adhesive or an elastomer adhesive can be used. After this, the glass plate 4 is inserted into the upper insertion groove 3 (FIG. 3).

In this case, the glass plates 4 are gradually brought down to ensure smooth deaeration. Next, the liquid adhesive 5 is left to stand for a predetermined period of time to harden through natural curing, and the two glass plates 4 are bonded to the adhesive layer 6. The mating lath A is obtained by laminating and integrating the mating laths A (Fig. 4). In this example, a bead is used as the frame 3, so this laminated lath A can be attached to a window frame etc. as it is for practical use. It can be provided to

[Effect of the invention 1] In the present invention, a frame body provided with two insertion grooves with a partitioning protrusion interposed on the inner peripheral surface is held horizontally, and a glass plate is inserted into the lower insertion groove. Then, a predetermined amount of liquid adhesive is injected onto this glass plate, and then the glass plate is inserted into the upper groove for insertion, and then the liquid adhesive is hardened to bond the two glass plates together. Since it is integrated through an adhesive layer,
Laminated glass can be manufactured using a frame, no large-scale membrane width is required, and since liquid adhesive is used, manufacturing costs for adhesive film are lower than when using adhesive film. can be reduced and laminated glass can be manufactured at low cost.
