Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 短波長の可視光から紫外光にまたがる範囲の光
    を放射するランプを内蔵した光照射器と、透孔が
    穿設され、該光照射器の上方に配置される基板と
    、該光照射器と該透孔との間に開閉自在に配設さ
    れたシヤツターと、光を透過する材質からなり紫
    外線感応型粘着剤が塗布されたシートにて、支持
    フレームとこのフレームの中心に配置されたウエ
    ハーとが下方から粘着されて一体となつたシート
    組立体を該透孔の位置まで搬入する移送手段と、
    該透孔の位置にあるシート組立体を覆うカバーと
    、このカバー内に不活性ガスを供給する手段とを
    具備し、複数個のタイマーにより不活性ガスの供
    給時間とシヤツターの開閉タイミングをシーケン
    ス制御することを特徴とする粘着シート処理装置
    。
