本発明は所定の溝に一定個数の鋼球等パーツが入れられ
ているリニアモーションボールベアリング等製品の自動

(ロ)を組付けられている状態で挿入されている。但し
、リテーナ−(ロ)は第3の部品である鋼球(ハ)が一
定例数まで入る溝(ロ)′が複数デックステーブル(1
)は順次間欠的に矢印(a)の方向に回転させることで
パーツを移送する装置であって、所定の位置に於て鋼球
(ハ)をリテーナ−(ロ)の複数列の溝(ロ)に、予め
決められた一定個数まで入れる自動装填装置が設置され
ている。次いで、この自動装填装置について説明すると
、まず始めに、リテーナ−(ロ)が組込まれた外筒(イ
)が定位置に移送され且つ一定個数の鋼球(ハ)があら
かじめ鋼球ホルダー(2)内に供給されているものとす
る。鋼球ホルダー(2)はスライダー(3)にリテーナ
−(ロ)の溝(ロ)列に対応するように複数個(図では
4ケ)取付けられており、スライダー(3)はベース(
図示せず)に固定されたスライダーガイド(4)とスラ
イダーガイドフタ(5)上によって昇降可能なように案
内されている。又、スライダー(3)にはブツシュ捧(
6)がスライド可能なように案内され、このブツシュ棒
(6)には絶縁体であるスペーサ(7)を介して検知棒
(8)が取付けられ且つその取付ネジ(12)を利用し
てリード線(13)が接続されている。またブツシュ#
(6)およびスライダー(3)の間にはスプリング掛け
(9)(10)を介して引張スプリング(11)が掛け
られ且つスライダー(3)にはネジ(14)を介してリ
ード線(15)が接続されている。更に、ベース上には

かえてしまった際には、鋼球の残留検知に誤りが発生す
る等の不完全な面がある。これによって良品の中に不良
品が混入することも往々にあった。また1回目で入らな
かった度に機械停止や不良品排出を行っていたのでは生
産性が悪い。そこで当該機械停止や不良品排出を行う前
に、残留した鋼球(ハ)′を溝(ロ)′に入れるための
鋼球入れ動作を行うようにし、のって機械停止率および
不良品排出率の低減を達成すべきであるとの要望が多い
。この要望に応えるためには上記した鋼球が途中でつか

によって停止している状態が開放され、鋼球がある時間
を要して1個づつそれぞれに対応されているリテーナ−
(ロ)の溝(ロ)列に入り込む(第9図参照)。但し、
鋼球(ハ)は鋼球ホルダー(2)の鋼球(ハ)が通る経
路(2)′の傾斜を利用した自然落下と下方よりブツシ
ュ捧(16)、ブツシュ補助棒(20)の穴(16)’

バキューム力とによって残留した鋼球(ハ)が検知棒(
8)に吸着し鋼球(ハ)の留残残留を検知することがで
きる。そのことから、検知棒(8)に取付けている生電
極のリード線(13)とスライダー(3)に取付けてい
る一電極のリード線(15)とで、電気信号に変換する
と共にシリンダー(23)でブツシュ棒(6)を下降さ
せることで、ブツシュ補助棒(20)がブツシュ捧(1
6)に入っている圧縮スプリング(21)をたわませる
ことになる(第10図参照)。そして信号が出たら、シ
リンダー(23)が再び上昇する。これに追従してブツ
シュ補助棒(20)のみが圧縮スプリング(21)の作
用とともに上昇することでリテーナ−(ロ)が再び持ち
上がり、鋼球ホルダー内に残留していた鋼球(ハ)がリ
テーナ−(ロ)の溝(ロ)′に入り込む(第9図参照)
ようになる。その再度鋼球入れを行なう時は、上記の検
知信号によってインデックステーブルの運動をクラッチ
ブレーキ等(図示せず)で運動させないようにしてオ<

〔発明の効果〕
本発明は上記のように、従来の装置の検知棒(8)に鋼
球ホルダーの鋼球の通過用経路に対応して所要の深さの
細い溝を穿設したことと、鋼球がリテーナ−(ロ)の溝
(ロ)′列に入れ込むときにバキュームの吸引力を使用
することとを利用し、のって鋼球ホルダー内に鋼球が残
留したことを確実に検知することで、従来より良品内に
不良品の混入することを少なくすることができるもので
あって、検知の信頼性向上の達成を果すものであり、ま
た1回目でリテーナ−等の各々の溝列にすべての鋼球が
一定量まで入らなかった際には上記の実施例のように検
知信号を利用して、再度鋼球入れの動作をくりかえすこ
とができるものであって上記の要望に充分に応えるもの
