横断面図、第５図から第７図まではオイルセパレ
ータの取出口部とシリンダヘツドカバーのブロー
バイガス出口部との接合状況の実施例をそれぞれ
示す断面図、第８図はオイルセパレータの他の実
施例を示す平面図、第９図は同オイルセパレータ
の横断面図、第１０図はオイルセパレータの他の
実施例を示す縦断面図、第１１図はオイルセパレ
ータの更に他の実施例を示す平面図、第１２図、
第１３図は従来のシリンダヘツドカバーをそれぞ
れ示す断面図である。 図中、１はシリンダヘツドカバー、２はブロー
バイガス出口、３はブローバイガス通路、４は区
画壁、５は中央隔壁、６はバツフルプレート、７
はオイルセパレータ、８は底壁、９は側壁、１０
は内部隔壁、１１は凸状嵌合部、１２は凹状嵌合
部、１３はシリンダヘツドカバー、１４はブロー
バイガス出口、１５はオイルセパレータ、１６は
係合突起、１７はブローバイガス通路、１８は隔
壁、１９は取入口、１０は取出口、２１はＯリン
グ、２２は係合孔、２３は取付部、２４，２５は
金型、２６はオイル分離部である。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ブローバイガスの取入口からシリンダヘツ
    ドカバーのブローバイガス出口に接続されるブロ
    ーバイガスの取出口に至る密閉されたブローバイ
    ガス通路を有するボツクス構造のオイルセパレー
    タがシリンダヘツドカバーの内壁に着脱自在に設
    けられていることを特徴とするシリンダヘツドカ
    バー。 (2) 上記オイルセパレータがその内壁より上記
    ブローバイガス通路内に延出されたオイル分離部
    を有する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のシ
    リンダヘツドカバー。
