    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 一端が固定された片持ばりの固定部の近傍に形
    成された振動部とこの振動部の両端に固定された
    一対の圧電素子とこれ等の圧電素子が入力端と出
    力端に接続されて発振回路を形成する増幅手段と
    を有する第１センサ部と、この第１センサ部とほ
    ぼ同一構成でこの第１センサ部への印加力に対す
    る振動周波数の変化傾向と逆の変化傾向をなすよ
    うに固定された第２センサ部とから成り前記第１
    および第２センサ部の各振動周波数の差を出力す
    ることを特徴とした振動式力センサ。
