Claims (1)
- 一端が固定された片持梁の固定部近傍に形成さ
れた振動部と、この振動部を挟んで接着固定され
た一対の圧電素子と、これら圧電素子を正帰還ル
ープの入力部および出力部に有して発振回路を形
成する増幅手段とよりなる振動式センサーにおい
て、上記片持梁の長手方向より直角方向から一定
角度シフトした方向に発生する被測定変位入力を
変位―力変換手段を介して上記片持梁の他端に与
えることを特徴とする振動式変位センサー。
