- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 二つの振動構造体を直列配列されたアクチユエ
ータ及び力検出器からなる結合装置により連結す
ると共に、該結合装置の両端または一端の加速度
信号と、該力検出器の出力信号に基づいてアクチ
ユエータを駆動して行うアクテイブ振動絶縁装置
において、 加速度検出器を上記アクチユエータ及び力検出
器と同一中心軸上に配置したことを特徴とするア
クテイブ振動絶縁装置。
