備え、該ルーフサイドレール端部に対して天井内
張り材を取付けるようにした自動車の天井内張り
材取付構造であつて、上記ルーフサイドレールの
下側接合端部近傍のルーフレールインナパネルに
上記天井内張り材取付用の座面を形成し、かつ該
座面に爪部材の係合孔を設ける一方、該係合孔に
係合される爪部材を備えたクリツプ部材を設け、
かつ該クリツプ部材に上記ルーフサイドレールの
上記接合端部を覆うカバー部を形成し、上記座面
に対して当該クリツプ部材を介して上記天井内張
り材を取付けるとともに当該クリツプ部材の上記
カバー部でルーフサイドレールの上記接合端部を
