とのパネル下部の端末部よりも所定寸法分だけ上
方位置において、該ルーフパネルインナの所定位
置に形成された取付孔に前記係合部の係止用クリ
ツプを前記弾性体の伸縮力を利用して嵌挿、固定
し、ルーフサイドガーニツシユにより前記ヘツド
ライニング端部よりも下方部分を覆つてなること
