For example, many proposals have been made, including those that use existing fibers and those that use special fibers that have been processed with special threads, with special twists and variations made to pile yarns. Furthermore, the present inventor has proposed a raised pile sheet using ultrafine fibers as the pile yarn.

If the fineness exceeds 1 denier, it becomes difficult to obtain an excellent soft touch, which is one of the objects of the present invention. Furthermore, from the viewpoint of surface gloss, it becomes difficult to obtain a silky high-grade gloss. Particularly preferred is 0.8 to 0.06 denier.

Removal of one component of conjugate fibers, physical or chemical peel-splitting of peel-splitting composite fibers, ultra-fine fibers, direct spinning methods, etc.
Various known methods such as a direct spinning method and a super draw method can be used, and there are no particular limitations.

If it is shorter than mm, the pile will crack when folded and the texture will become visible, which is not preferable. Furthermore, even though ultrafine fibers are used for the napped pile, it is difficult to obtain a soft touch on the surface, and it is also difficult to obtain a silky gloss on the surface. On the other hand, if it is longer than 30 mm, the product will be heavy and difficult to handle during weaving and processing, which is undesirable. 8-15 mm is most preferred.
特に1部mm前後が好ましい。Particularly preferred is around 1 mm.

are interposed, resulting in a woven structure in which the pile yarns 3 are separated from each other. By adopting such a woven structure, the present invention exhibits effects such as no pile cracking, little change in pile quality due to random raising, and in other words, excellent durability. Conventionally, these woven structures have not been used much because the raised pile yarn has poor uprightness. This is especially true when ultrafine fibers with a fineness of less than 1 denier are used in the napped pile yarn as in the present invention. However, it has been found that by adopting the configuration of the present invention, the effects of the present invention as described above can be exhibited.
