本発明は、上記従来の問題を解決すべくなされたもので
、その目的とするところは、性能的および外観品質的に
非補修部位(−股部)の塗膜に対してそん色のない補修
塗膜を得ることのできる補修塗装方法を提供することに

上記のごとく構成した車体の補修塗装方法において、色

に紫外線硬化型塗料を塗布したことによ!り、f!!さ
の高い塗膜の形成が可能になり、色塗料塗膜の弱点を袖

修塗装を行うには、始めに、補修部位4の底部に、前記
ソリッドベース塗料塗膜3に色Thff1合せたウレタ
ンラッカーを塗布し、その1\常温乾燥して色塗料塗膜
5を形成し、続いて前記色塗料塗膜5上に紫外線硬化型
塗料を塗布し、これに螢光灯6の光を照射してクリア塗

か添加した紫外線硬化型塗料を単独に補修に用いること
も可能である。この場合、速乾性が高いため、補修効率

料を塗布し乾燥した後、その上に紫外線硬化型振料會塗
布して、紫外線照射によりこれを硬化させるようにした
ので、色調合せによる外観品質の確保はもちろん、補修
塗膜硬さの向上による性能確保が可能になって・車体の
