Claims (1)
からなる３組の絶縁物半導体モジユールと、該３
組の絶縁物半導体モジユールの制御回路部品を具
備する制御用プリント板と、前記３組の絶縁物半
導体モジユールの冷却作用をともに行う冷却フイ
ンとを少なくとも備えて一体上に集合形態をなす
電力制御ユニツト装置において、直列接続される
２個の通常形サイリスタと、該２個の通常形サイ
リスタの両端および連結間から導出させた３個の
主端子と、前記２個の通常形サイリスタのゲート
・カソード間からそれぞれ導出させた２対のゲー
ト端子とを具備するとともに、絶縁形モジユール
体を形成してなる３組の三端子絶縁形サイリスタ
モジユールを備え、前記３個の主端子のうちの両
端側の主端子間を連通しかつ外部入力接続線の引
き込み端子機能を有してなる短絡導体を設けるよ
うにしたことを特徴とする電力制御ユニツト装置
