来例を一部切開した図、第５図は従来例に使用さ
れるブツシユの斜視図、第６図はブツシユの材質
説明用の断面図である。 １：駆動輪又は駆動歯車、２：従動輪又は従動
歯車、３：駆動軸、４：中間軸受、５：中間軸受
本体、６：蓋、４ａ：半割すべり軸受、４ｂ：鍔
付半割すべり軸受、４′ａ：裏金、４′ｂ：銅系
焼結合金層、４′ｃ：合成樹脂。

Claims (1)
- 駆動軸に固定された駆動輪と従動輪、又は駆動
歯車と従動歯車との中間に設けた中間軸受構造に
於て、裏金に銅系焼結合金層を形成し、該層の空
所に合成樹脂を含浸させた半割又は鍔付半割すべ
り軸受を用いたことを特徴とする中間軸受構造。
