- 特定集積回路の動作を擬似的に行う装置に用い
られるその装置と被試験集積回路ソケツトとの接
続を行うコネクタにおいて、そのコネクタの中央
部に垂直方向に、ネジ穴を設けたことを特徴とす
る集積回路用試験コネクタ。
