Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被測定物から放射される電気力線を導入するた
    めの窓穴を持つケースと、基板と、この基板に支
    持され圧電セラミツクによつて駆動される音叉振
    動子と、この音叉振動子の先端に取り付けられ前
    記ケースの窓穴から導入される電気力線を一定の
    周期で切断する板状片からなるチヨツパ部と、こ
    のチヨツパ部で切断された電気力線を受けて交流
    信号を出力する検出電極部とからなる電位センサ
    において、前記音叉振動子の代わりに圧電セラミ
    ツクによつて駆動される棒状屈曲振動子と、この
    振動子の一先端部に取り付けられた板状片からな
    る電気力線のチヨツパ部とを設けたことを特徴と
    する電位センサ。
