Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔発明の属する技術分野〕 この発明は回転電機の永久磁石式磁極において、磁束密
度を円周方向に均一にすることができるようにしたもの
に関する。
〔従来技術とその問題点〕
回転電機の永久磁石式磁極の従来例を第２図ないしＭ４
図にもとづいて説明する。これらの図は回転子を示し、
回転軸１に嵌着した円筒状継鉄２の外周に永久磁石８が
接着剤で固着して円周方向に複数配設され、これらを包
囲する固定子鉄心４に回転可能に挿入支持されている。
前記磁石８は固定子鉄心４の磁束密度を円周方向に均一
にして磁気騒音の発生を減らすために鉄心みぞの−みぞ
分だけ傾斜させて形成されている。
このような構造では回転子に軸方向推力が作用するので
軸方向の振動を発生することがあるという欠点があった
。
〔発明の目的〕
この発明は前記の欠点を除去するために、磁束密度を円
周方向に均一にしかつ軸方向推力の発生も防止すること
ができるようにした回転電機の永久磁石式磁極を提供す
ることを目的とする。
〔発明の要点〕
この発明は前記の目的を達成するために、円筒状継鉄の
外周または内周に中央部で軸方向に二分割した永久磁石
をそれぞれ円周方向に傾斜させてへ字形に配設するよう
にしたものである。
〔発明の実施例〕
第１図はこの発明の実施例を示すもので、第２図ないし
第４図と同一符号で示すものは同一部品である。この図
は４極の回転子を示し、円筒状継鉄２の外周に中央部で
軸方向に二分割した永久磁石１８．１４がそれぞれ円周
方向に固定子鉄心みぞの−みぞ分だけ傾斜させてへ字形
に配設されている。
前記実施例によれば磁石１８と１４を互に反対方向に傾
斜させて配設したのでそれぞれの軸方向推力が打ち消し
合って振動の発生を防止することができる。
前記実施例では４極の回転子の場合について説明したが
、固定子の場合には円筒状継鉄の内周に磁石を同様に配
設して実施することができ、また４極に限定されるもの
でもない。
〔発明の効果〕
この発明によれば回転電機の永久磁石式磁極において、
円筒状継鉄の外周または内周に中央部で軸方向に二分割
した永久磁石をそれぞれ円周方向に傾斜させてへ字形に
配設するようにしたので、磁束密度を円周方向１こ均一
にして磁気騒音の発生を減らしかつ軸方向推力による振
動の発生を防止することができるという効果が得られる
。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １）円筒状継鉄の外周または内周に中央部で軸方向に二
    分割した永久磁石をそれぞれ円周方向に傾斜させてへ字
    形に配設したことを特徴とする回転電機の永久磁石式磁
    極。
