Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate the insertion of a wedge into the slot by getting the wedge to screw easily to the slot. CONSTITUTION:In a wedge 10, lugs 12a and 12b are formed extending each part at and around one edge 11a and the other edge 11b out of a sheet member 11. Between edges 11a and 11b a narrow space 11c is formed. The front edge 12a of the lug 12a is formed so that the angle theta with the sheet member 11 may be acute. When the skew is formed to a core 6, the wedge 10 is inserted screwing into the narrow space 11c and can easily be inserted adjusting itself to the direction of the slot. In addition, now that the lugs 12a and 12b come up with holding the conductor in, the wedge would not be removed easily from the opening of the slot.

Figures 6 (a) and (b) show a plan view and a perspective view of the rotor of the electric motor (however, in (b), conductors and wedges are not shown), and in the figure, 1 is The inner core is made by laminating a plurality of core sheets formed by punching out electromagnetic steel plates, and a slot 2 is provided on the outer periphery of the inner core, and a conductor 3 is wound within this slot 2. . 4
is a wedge that prevents the conductive wire in the slot from jumping out from the slot opening H2a, and is made of an insulating material. 5 is an outer core made of an electromagnetic steel plate like the inner core 1, and is press-fitted onto the outer periphery of the inner core 1. The shape of the wedge 4 is generally a rectangular plate with both ends bent as shown in FIG. 7, or a substantially rectangular shape as shown in FIG.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention When using a core 6 with a skew formed as shown in FIG. 9, the wedge must be twisted when inserted. The shape shown in Figure 7 had the problem that both sides of the wedge were bent over the entire length, making it difficult to twist and very poor workability. Although the shaped wedge can be easily inserted into the slot, it is not shaped to enclose the conductor 3 like the wedge shown in Fig. 7, so there is a problem that the wedge can easily come off from the slot opening. there were.

Effect: The above configuration makes it easier to twist the wedge inserted into the slot, so even if a skew is formed in the slot, the wedge can be inserted easily while being twisted.
Ear portions are formed on the left and right sides of both ends of the wedge, and since the eel portions are shaped to embrace the conductor, the problem of the wedge coming off from the slot opening can be solved.

Effects of the Invention As has become clear from the above explanation, the electric motor of the present invention includes a core made of a magnetic material and provided with a slot, a conductive wire wound in the slot of the core, and a conductor wire wound in the slot of the core. a wedge disposed between the opening and the conducting wire, the wedge having ears extending from the flat member on the left and right near both ends of the flat member, and the upper and lower ends of the flat member. By forming at least one narrow part between the wedge and the slot, it is easy to insert the wedge into the slot, and the installation state is stable, so that the wedge does not come off from the slot opening. There is no need to put it away.
