Is a wedge that prevents the conductor in the slot from jumping out of the slot opening 2a and is made of an insulating material. Like the inner core 1, an outer core 5 made of an electromagnetic steel plate is press-fitted to the outer periphery of the inner core 1. The wedge 4 is generally formed by bending a rectangular plate at both ends as shown in FIG. 7 or by forming a substantially rectangular shape as shown in FIG.

However, in the case of the shape shown in FIG. 7, both sides of the wedge are bent in the entire longitudinal direction, so that there is a problem that twisting is difficult and workability is extremely poor. In addition, a wedge having a shape as shown in FIG. 8 can be easily inserted into the slot, but does not have a shape for holding the conductor wire 3 unlike the wedge shown in FIG. There is a problem that the wedge is easily removed.

Since the ears are formed on the left and right of both ends of the wedge and the ears hold the conductor, the problem that the wedge comes off from the slot opening can be solved. In addition, by providing the receding angle, smooth insertion can be performed.

This wedge can be easily twisted as shown in FIG. Further, by providing the receding angle, it is possible to smoothly insert the conductive wire 3 without catching it.

It is possible. Further, since the ears 12a, 12b are configured to embrace the conductor 3, the wedge does not easily come off from the slot opening.

As can be seen in the figure, when the wedge 10 is completely inserted, about half of the wedge end portions 11a and 11b project from the end surface portion 6a of the core, and this projecting portion is a substantially U-shape with the ear portion 12a formed. Because of the shape, the insulation distance x between the conductor and the end surface portion 6a of the core can be sufficiently secured as shown in FIG. 4 (b).

The wedge is provided between the opening and the conductor, and the wedge has the ears standing upright toward the conductor on the left and right in the vicinity of both ends of the flat plate-shaped member. Since the edge has a receding angle in the insertion direction, the wedge can be smoothly inserted into the slot even if a skew is formed, and the mounting state is stable, and the wedge is removed from the slot opening. There is no chance that it will end up.
