軸3に弾性材料で製作したインペラー4を嵌合し
、ポンプ室5の内部に半月形の圧縮部5aを配置
し、これによつてインペラー4がポンプ室5の内
部で回転するときにそのベインが圧縮部5aで曲
げられて回転するようにし、ポンプ室5と連通す
る流入口6にエンジンオイルレベルゲージ穴に挿
入可能な吸入管9を装着し、そしてポンプ室5と
連通する流出口7に排出管10を装着したことを
