隔をおいて対設された曝気用インペラー3および
揚水用インペラー4を、上部ケーシング5および
下部ケーシング12に夫々各別収容し、曝気用イ
ンペラー3を収容した上部ケーシング5は当該イ
ンペラー3の回転に伴い吸水口6より吸水して周
方向の吐出口8より吐水する作用により、大気中
の空気を負圧部に吸引して上記吐水中に曝気させ
るよう大気中に連通された吸気管11を導入開口
させ、揚水用インペラー4を収容した下部ケーシ
ング12は吸水口13と連通して周方向に開設さ
れた吐出口14を吐出導管15により上導して揚
水させるよう開口し、かつ、吐出導管15の上導
部には開閉装置16を附設し、該開閉装置16の
操作により揚水を槽外へ放流または槽内へ還元せ
しめ得るよう構成せられた、揚水機能を兼備した
