このポンプハウジング内に偏心して収納されたロ
ータと、このロータに半径方向に摺動可能に嵌挿
されているベーンと、前記ロータの中心に固定さ
れ前記ポンプハウジングに回転可能に軸承される
シヤフトとを備え、前記吸入口から前記排出口に
流体を圧送させて前記吸入口側に真空を形成させ
るようにしたバキユームポンプにおいて、前記ポ
ンプハウジングの内周面と前記ロータの外周面の
半径方向の距離が最も小さくなる円周方向位置よ
り前記ロータの回転と反対方向側の前記ポンプハ
ウジングの内周面に油導入ポートを設けたことを
