Abstract

PURPOSE:To set a spike pin coming out or in easily and freely through the intervention of a pressing member by embedding in an area between a tire tread and a cord breaker a tube provided with expansible spike pin pressing members placed at a prescribed space and pouring fluid into or out of the tube. CONSTITUTION:In an area between the tread part 2 of a tire 1 and a cord breaker part 3 is embedded a tube 4 of about 1mm in diameter, as shown in a broken line, in such a manner as to pass the bases of spike pins 5, and both ends of the tube 4 are made to protrude out of the base of the tire 1. Also, at each spot of the tube 4 where each spike pin 5 is located, is provided each spike pin pressing member 8 which is made of pliable material and is expansible. For running on a frozen road and the like, the pressing member 8 is made to expand by pouring such fluid as antifreezing fluid and the like into the tube 4 through an inlet 6, so that the spike pin 5 comes out of the tread 2. And for running on a normally conditioned road, the fluid is removed through an outlet 7 so that the spike pin comes down into the tread.

<Conventional technology and its problems> Spike tires are tires with dozens of hard metal studs lined up and driven into the tread surface, and can be used on both icy and snowy roads, where snow tires are less effective, and on regular roads. The tire chains do not make any loud noise when running on paved roads, and the I/red studs are embedded in the ice and snow to prevent slipping and maintain stable running. During periods when paved roads and icy and snowy roads coexist, when driving on paved roads, the road surface is scraped by studs, which turns into dust that harms houses and the human body, developing into a major social problem. The current situation is that some regions have regulations on spiked tires.

(Means for solving the problem) In order to solve the above problem, the present invention adds appropriate means to the tire so that spike pins can be inserted and removed when necessary. A tube body is buried between the tread and the cord breaker, and one end of the tube serves as a pressure inlet and the other end protrudes from the base of the tire body as a pressure outlet. Expandable spike pin pressing parts made of a flexible material are arranged at each interval, and a tapered spike pin that can freely protrude onto the tire tread surface is placed on the upper end of each of the spike pin pressing parts. This is a spiked tire that is characterized by

FIG. 1 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of the main parts of the present invention, and (1) is a tire body attached to a wheel (A), and the structure of the tire body (1) is that it is always in contact with the road surface. It is formed by a tire tread (2) portion and a cord breaker (3) portion which forms the frame of the tire. Therefore, the above tire tread (2) and the above cord breaker (3)

The tube body (4) is buried so as to pass through the base of the tire body (1), and both ends of the tube body (4) protrude from the base of the tire body (1) so as not to hinder running, and one end of the tube body (4) is connected to a pressure injection port. (6)
At the same time, the other end is a pressure extraction port (7), and both ends of the tube (4) are equipped with valves so that the pressure inside the tube (4) does not drop while the vehicle is running. .

Since this embodiment has the above configuration, as shown in FIG. 3, by pressurizing fluid such as antifreeze (for example, oil) from the pressure injection port (6) using the hand pump (B) containing the fluid,
As shown in Fig. 4, the fluid pressure increases due to the fluid (9) being press-fitted into the spike pin pressing part (8), and the spike pin pressing part (8) expands, pushing the spike pin (5) against the tire tread (2). ) to protrude above the tire tread (2) against the lateral pressure inside. <Effects of the Invention> As explained in detail above, according to the present invention, the spike pin can be freely inserted and removed by applying and removing pressure, so it can be used both when there is snow and when there is no snow. It is economical, especially in snowy regions, and it also has the effect of saving the effort of replacing tires with spiked tires. In addition, since the spike pins can be easily taken in and out, the spike pins can be stored before driving from a snow-covered road to a snow-free road, so there is no need to wear out the spike pins like in the past, and there is a risk of damage. Since it is possible to prevent the generation of dust caused by spike pins, it is possible to obtain a great effect in terms of pollution control.
