This type of conventional steel plate flat panel has a frame body provided all around the outer periphery of the core material, and steel plate panels are attached to the front and back sides of the entire surface including the frame body and the core material. Since the panel used a flat plate, when the panel was attached to the core material and pressed, the positions of the front panel and the back panel in the direction of the spread of the panel surface were changed. Misalignment easily occurs, and it is necessary to correct the misaligned portion by scraping off the portion after the core material and panel are fixed.
In order to solve this problem, as shown in FIG. There is also a device in which the panel 21 is locked with the panel 21 to prevent displacement, but this requires bending in four directions, which increases the number of steps. The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and its purpose is to prevent the panel from shifting when it is pasted on both sides of the core material and pressed, and to process the panel. To provide a steel plate flash panel that requires fewer processes.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below based on the drawings. The steel plate flat panel according to the present invention includes a metal frame 1 and a steel plate panel 2 attached to both the front and back sides of the frame 1, and the frame 1 has stepped portions 3 at the protruding corners. The panel 2 has a bent piece 4 on a pair of opposing sides, each extending in a direction substantially perpendicular to the surface of the panel 2 over substantially the entire length of each side, and a double bent piece 4. Locking pieces 5 are provided at positions corresponding to both ends in the longitudinal direction, each extending in a direction forming an acute angle with respect to the surface of the panel 2, and each bent piece 4 is provided on the outer surface of the frame 1. The structure is characterized in that each locking piece 5 is respectively locked to the step 3 of the frame 1, and in this embodiment, the groove-shaped steel of the frame 1 is welded. An example formed by this method is shown below. As shown in Fig. 2, a core material 6 made of kraft paper such as cardboard is formed into a honeycomb structure and impregnated with a synthetic resin having an impregnating property, and is formed into a rectangular shape in a plane perpendicular to the load-bearing direction. A frame body 1, which is made by welding groove-shaped steel whose back part has the same height as the thickness of the core material 6 in the load-bearing direction, with each leg facing inward, is attached to the entire outer periphery of the core material 6. As shown in FIG. 3, the frame body 1 has a predetermined distance between a surface including the back surface of the body piece of the crossbar 7 and a surface including the end surface of the crossbar 8. In this way, the stepped portion 3 is provided, and the end surface of the hard rod 7 and the tip end surface of the leg of the horizontal rod 8 are welded. As shown in FIG. 4, the panel 2 is provided with notch grooves 9 in the hard direction at four corners, and the body of the hardwood 7 of the frame 1 is provided between the notch grooves 9 and the hard side of the panel 2. The locking piece 5 is provided so as to have a width equal to the distance between the surface including the back surface of the panel and the surface including the end surface of the side beam 8, and the locking piece 5 is set at an acute angle to the surface of the panel 2. bend. The side edge of the locking piece 5 comes into contact with the end surface of the horizontal rod 8 of the frame body 1 exposed at the step 3, and the horizontal rod 8 is sandwiched between the pair of locking pieces 5 formed on one side of the panel 2. As a result, movement of the panel 2 in the lateral direction is restricted.

When the steel plate flash panel of the present invention is used as a door panel, as shown in FIG. The door edge 10 may be fixed to the frame 1 by screwing the screw 12 into the screw hole 17 of the frame 1 through the through hole 11 provided in the door edge 10. As described above, by bringing the folded piece 4 of the panel 2 into contact with the outer surface of the crosspiece 8 of the frame 1,
By preventing the panel 2 from shifting in the vertical direction with respect to the frame 1, and by locking the locking piece 5 to the end face of the crosspiece 8, the panel 2 is prevented from shifting in the lateral direction with respect to the frame 1. be. In other words, simply by stacking the panel 2 on the frame 1, misalignment between the two can be prevented.

利点を有する。
As described above, the present invention provides a stepped portion extending in the front and back directions at the corner of the outer surface of the frame, and holds the frame by bending a pair of opposing sides of the panel. Since cut-outs are provided on both ends and the cut-outs are engaged with the step part of the frame, there is no misalignment when attaching the panel to both sides of the frame, resulting in high finishing accuracy. A steel plate flat panel is obtained, which has the advantage that there is no need to modify the dimensions and the number of processing steps can be reduced.
