Description

The present invention uses a coated metal plate provided with a transfer printing pattern having excellent durability such as wear resistance and scratch resistance as a surface material or face material, and maintains a beautiful pattern over a long period of time. Regarding doors.

Swing doors are often installed at large supermarkets and convenience stores. Swing doors are easily visible to customers and have a significant impact on store atmosphere and impression. Therefore, it is required to apply a design that fits the sales floor, and a synthetic resin film having an appropriate pattern is laminated on the door base material (Patent Document 1). Swing doors may be installed not only in large supermarkets and convenience stores, but also in ticket gates of transportation facilities, theaters, amusement parks, etc. that are premised on the passage of many people.
JP-A-9-170380

The swing door is usually opened by pushing or pulling with a hand, but it is not uncommon to press a body part or baggage against it. It is also anticipated that the tip of the transport vehicle will be pushed against the swing door when carrying the load, and if the user uses an auxiliary chair or walking aid, the swing door may be pushed open with the auxiliary chair or walking aid.
When various devices are pressed against a swing door to which a synthetic resin film provided with a design pattern is bonded, the synthetic resin film is easily damaged or worn, and the design pattern is likely to deteriorate. When wrinkles enter the synthetic resin film due to rubbing or contact of foreign matter, the light refraction is different at the wrinkles, and the wrinkles of the design pattern become conspicuous.

The design pattern attached to the swing door with a laminate of synthetic resin film lacks the durability required for applications where friction and contact with foreign objects are inevitable. The fact that the synthetic resin film tends to be partially peeled during use is also a drawback of the swing door bonded with the synthetic resin film.
In a normal laminating method, a synthetic resin film having a design pattern is prepared separately, and the synthetic resin film is bonded to the door base material at the construction site. The laminate of the synthetic resin film is inferior in workability, and increases the installation cost of the swing door.

The present invention uses a painted metal plate provided with a transfer printing pattern instead of a synthetic resin film as a face material of a swing door, so that construction is easy and the design pattern can be freely selected and is durable. An object is to provide a swing door in which an excellent and beautiful design pattern is maintained for a long period of time.

The swing door of the present invention has a structure in which a surface material and a back material are laminated, a sandwich structure in which a core material is sandwiched between a surface material and a back material, or a width side or a vertical end of a painted metal plate, and a side surface of the door is processed. It has a formed single plate structure and is attached to the door support so that one side of the frontage direction or the vertical direction can swing. In any structure, a transfer printing pattern is given to the portion that becomes the front surface of the door with a sublimation dye that penetrates in the film thickness direction of the top coating film.

In a swing door with a laminated structure, a surface material provided with a transfer printing pattern is adhered to a back material, or a channel guard is attached to at least two opposite sides of the laminated surface material and back material, so that the surface material and back material Are integrated. A core material may be sandwiched between the front surface material and the back surface material. A coated metal plate provided with a transfer printing pattern with a sublimation dye that has penetrated in the film thickness direction of the top coating can also be used for the back material.

In a swing door having a sandwich structure, a core material in which a locking groove is formed in an end face in the width direction or the vertical direction is sandwiched between a surface material and a back material in which a locking piece is formed in an end portion in the width direction or the vertical direction. Use a coated metal plate with a transfer printing pattern applied to the surface material with a sublimation dye that has penetrated in the film thickness direction of the top coating, but if necessary, use a painted metal plate with a similar transfer printing pattern as the back material. Sometimes used for. A swing door having a sandwich structure is assembled by inserting the locking pieces of the front surface material and the back surface material into the locking grooves of the core material. In this structure, the transfer printing pattern can be continued from the door front surface to the door side surface (the outer surface of the locking piece).

In a swing door with a single plate structure, the width or vertical direction of a coated metal plate to which a transfer printing pattern is applied with a sublimation dye that has penetrated in the film thickness direction of the top coating film is bent to form the side surface of the door. Since the edge is reinforced by bending, a reinforcing tool such as a channel guard is not required. Even with this structure, the transfer printing pattern can be continued from the door front surface to the door side surface.

In a coated metal plate for transfer printing, a top coating film that receives a sublimation dye and is well dyed is provided on the metal plate directly or via a primer layer or a base coat layer. The inventors of the present invention have also disclosed a part thereof in Patent Document 2. The top coating is, for example, polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinyl butyral, polyvinyl acetal, polyvinyl acetate, polyvinyl chloride, polyvinyl pyrrolidone, polystyrene and other vinyl resins, polymethyl (meth) acrylate, polybutyl (meth) acrylate, polyacrylamide, polyacrylonitrile. The film is formed from an acrylate resin such as polysulfone resin, silicone polyester resin, or a copolymer or mixture of these resins.

When a transfer sheet printed with sublimation dyes with offset, silk, gravure, etc. is superimposed on the top coating on a painted metal plate and heat-pressed, the sublimation dye penetrates into the top coating and is printed from the transfer sheet onto the top coating. The pattern is transferred. Transfer printing is suitable for small-lot and multi-product production, and the electrophotographic method, electrostatic recording method, ink-jet method, thermal transfer method, etc., which do not require a plate making process, can be adopted, and the design pattern is highly flexible.
The transfer printing method is different from screen printing in which a design pattern is expressed with ink on the coating film, and the transfer printing pattern is expressed with a sublimation dye that has penetrated in the film thickness direction of the top coating film. Therefore, there is no printing fading caused by contact with a foreign substance or rubbing, and a coating film excellent in abrasion resistance, contamination resistance, etc. can be patterned, and the physical properties of the coating film are maintained even after the pattern is applied.

Moreover, the coated metal plate can be formed into a target shape, unlike a laminated steel plate to which a synthetic resin film is bonded. The excellent processability does not change even after the transfer printing pattern is applied, and the deterioration of the transfer printing pattern due to molding can be suppressed.
The excellent properties of the metal sheet for transfer printing are suitable for swing door face materials that are required to maintain a beautiful design pattern even in environments where they are exposed to contact with foreign matter or rubbing. Moreover, it is possible to form a swing door having a design pattern on the side surface, which can be molded after patterning. Therefore, it becomes a swing door that creates an impression not found in a swing door bonded with a conventional synthetic resin film.

As the face material of the swing door, a coated metal plate is used in which a top coating film having good dyeing property to a sublimation dye is provided on the surface of a metal plate such as a plated steel plate, a stainless steel plate, or an aluminum plate. A transfer sheet printed with a sublimation dye in a predetermined pattern is superimposed so that the sublimation dye faces the top coating on the painted metal plate, and the sublimation dye penetrates the top coating from the transfer sheet by pressing and heating. Then, the printed pattern on the transfer sheet is transferred to the painted metal plate.

In a swing door having a laminated structure, a coated metal plate with a transfer printing pattern A is cut into a predetermined size and used as a surface material 10 (FIG. 1a). A hinge mounting hole 11 is formed on one side (for example, the left end edge) of the surface material 10, and an opening 12 serving as a viewing window is formed according to the height of the swing door. The opening 12 may be omitted for a swing door with a short height. The illustrated example is a swing door whose left side is attached to a door support. When the swing door is paired with a swing door whose right side is attached to the door support, a double door swing door is formed.

The mounting hole 11 and the opening 12 are formed by punching, but since a coated metal plate having good workability is used for the surface material 10, the transfer printing pattern A is applied to the entire surface material 10. Even in this case, there is no deterioration of the transfer printed pattern A due to punching.
The punched surface material 10 is overlapped with the back surface material 20 (FIG. 1b), and the surface material 10 and the back surface material 20 are integrated by laminating using an adhesive or mounting and fixing the channel guard 21 (FIG. 1c). The channel guard 21 also serves to reinforce the edges of the superposed surface material 10 and back material 20.

The back material 20 can be a wood-grained sheet or a coated metal plate that has high strength and is unlikely to be warped or distorted. The same portions as the attachment holes 11 and the openings 12 of the surface material 10 are stamped. Similarly to the surface material 10, a coated metal plate provided with a transfer printing pattern may be used for the back surface material 20. Instead of laminating the surface material 10 and the back material 20, an appropriate core material can be sandwiched between the surface material 10 and the back material 20.
Since the positional relationship between the front surface material 10 and the back surface material 20 is fixed by the attachment of the channel guard 21, bonding using an adhesive is not required. However, when there is a concern about positional displacement before the channel guard 21 is mounted, the back surface material 20 is temporarily fixed to the surface material 10 or the core material with an adhesive.

The channel guard 21 is mounted on at least two opposite sides of the superposed surface material 10 and back surface material 20, but when the channel guard 21 is mounted on all four sides, further strengthening is achieved. In a short swing door looked down from above, the joint of the surface material 10 and the back material 20 can be closed by the channel guard 21 mounted on the upper side. The channel guard 21 is preferably made of a corrosion-resistant stainless steel plate utilizing the metallic luster, an aluminum plate or a painted metal plate utilizing the painted surface, and a channel material having a groove shape sandwiching the surface material 10 and the back material 20 is used. Is done.

After the surface material 10 and the back material 20 are integrated, a window plate 14 such as a transparent glass plate, an acrylic plate, or a resin sheet is fitted into the opening 12 through a rubber edging 13.
After the assembled swing door 1 is transported to the construction site, the hinge 2 having elastic restoring ability is screwed to the attachment hole 11 and attached to the door support 3 via the hinge 2 (FIG. 4). ). Moreover, in order to reduce the impact at the time of opening and closing, the swing door 1 and the door support 3 can be connected by a shock absorber that slows the swinging motion of the swing door 1. Depending on the size of the swing door 1, the hinges 2 are usually attached at two locations on both ends in the vertical direction.

In the swing door of the sandwich structure, the front surface material 10 and the back surface material 20 (FIG. 2a) in which the locking pieces 15R and 15L are formed in the end portions in the width direction or the vertical direction by bending, and the locking grooves in the end surfaces in the width direction or the vertical direction The core material 30 (FIG. 2b) formed with 35R and 35L is used.
For the surface material 10, a coated metal plate provided with a transfer printing pattern A with a sublimation dye that has penetrated in the film thickness direction of the top coating film is used. A coated metal plate provided with a similar transfer printing pattern can also be used for the back material 20. As the core material 30, there is no particular restriction on the material unless the strength is high and warping or distortion occurs. For example, a plywood, a heat-compressed wood board, a synthetic resin sheet, a gypsum board, or the like is used.

The transfer printed pattern A is not limited to the front surface of the door, but can be extended to the outer surfaces of the locking pieces 15R and 15L. The outer surfaces of the locking pieces 15R, 15L are portions that become the door side surface 16, and the transfer printing pattern A is applied to the door side surface 16, so that the swing door has a three-dimensional feeling and a thick feeling. Transfer printing pattern A continuous from the front of the door to the side 16 of the door cannot be obtained with a swing door pasted with a synthetic resin with a conventional design pattern, and is transferred with a sublimation dye that has penetrated in the film thickness direction of the top coating. This is possible for the first time by using a painted metal sheet with a pattern.

The front surface material 10 and the back surface material 20 are integrated in a state where the core material 30 is sandwiched by fitting the locking members 15R and 15L of the front surface material 10 and the back surface material 20 into the locking grooves 35R and 35L of the core material 30. (FIG. 2c). If necessary, after applying adhesive to the mating surfaces of the surface material 10, the back surface material 20, and the core material 30, the locking pieces 15R and 15L are fitted into the locking grooves 35R and 35L and pressed, and then the surface material 10 and the back surface are applied. The material 20 is firmly integrated.

The door side surface 16 is constituted by the outer surfaces of the locking pieces 15R and 15L inserted into the locking grooves 35R and 35L. Although it depends on the processing accuracy, it is also possible to form a flat surface without a step between the door side surface 16 on the surface material 10 side and the door side surface 26 on the back material 20 side. In this case, if the transfer printed pattern A applied to the door side surfaces 16 and 26 is made continuous on the surface material 10 side and the back material 20 side, the joint becomes inconspicuous and the design of the swing door is improved.
The swing door 1 in which the front surface material 10 and the back surface material 20 are integrated with the core material 30 in between is attached to the door support 3 in the same manner as the swing door (FIG. 1) having a laminated structure (FIG. 4).

The swing door with a single plate structure uses a single coated metal plate with a transfer printing pattern A provided with a sublimation dye that has penetrated in the film thickness direction of the top coating as the face material 40. Alternatively, the painted metal plate is cast in a size having a width or height slightly larger than the height. For example, for a swing door that opens and closes by swinging in the horizontal direction, a face material 40 wider than the swing door is used (FIG. 3a).

The face material 40 is formed with a hinge attachment hole 11 and an opening 12 serving as a viewing window by punching.
The edge in the width direction of the face material 40 is bent to form side faces 46R and 46L (FIG. 3b). When the transfer printing pattern applied to the face material 40 extends from the front surface of the door to the side surface portions 46R and 46L, particularly the open side surface portion 46R, a swing door rich in three-dimensionality and thickness can be obtained.

In the example shown in the drawing, the side portions 46R and 46L are formed by bending both end edges in the width direction of the face member 40 in the same direction, so that the folded edge is disposed on one surface side of the face member 40. . If the other side where the folded edge does not face is set to the front side of the door, the impression given by the swing door is improved. Instead of bending in the same direction, it is also possible to form the right side surface portion 46R and the left side surface portion 46L by bending both end edges in the width direction of the face material 40 in opposite directions.
After forming the side portions 46R and 46L, the window plate 14 is attached to the opening 12 to assemble the swing door. The completed swing door 1 is transported to the construction site and attached to the door support 3 via the hinge 2 fixed to the attachment hole 11 (FIG. 4).

The swing door 1 attached to the door support 3 takes a closed position extending in the frontage direction by the elastic restoring ability of the hinge 2 (FIG. 4a). When a load is applied to the swing door 1, it swings horizontally around the hinge 2 and takes an open state that allows a person to pass (FIG. 4 b). When the load is released after the person has passed, the elastic restoring force of the hinge 2 returns to the closed position (FIG. 4a). In the case of the double door type as shown in FIG. 4, when the transfer printed pattern A is made continuous by the left and right swing doors 1, 1, a swing door that gives a stronger impression can be obtained.
In a swing door that swings horizontally when a person passes, for example, the open side surfaces 16, 26, and 46R are often touched. Here, when the transfer printing pattern A continuous from the front of the door is applied to the open side surfaces 16, 26, and 46R, the passing person receives a three-dimensional feeling and a thick feeling, and a high-class feeling that is not made of a conventional laminate. It will be a swing door. Furthermore, if a transfer print pattern resembling a predetermined transfer image from the front side of the door or a front side pattern is also given to the back side, a very strong impression is given, and a swing door is installed. The reputation of stores, theaters, and amusement parks themselves will be high.

Moreover, since the transfer printing pattern is given by the sublimation dye that has penetrated in the film thickness direction of the top coating film, the deterioration of the transfer printing pattern A is less than that of the laminate even if the swing door is opened and closed somewhat roughly. Significantly less, and beautiful printed pattern is maintained for a long time. In addition, the field work that is troublesome as seen in the lamination of the synthetic resin film is small, the installation cost is reduced, and the construction period is shortened.
Furthermore, since it is a swing door made from a coated metal plate with a printed pattern by the sublimation transfer method, the degree of freedom of changing the printed pattern is high, and a printed pattern suitable for the location where the swing door is installed can be optionally adopted. For example, changing the transfer printing pattern for each floor, area, or room of a store, hospital, public facility, etc. not only improves the atmosphere in the facility but also helps the facility user to grasp the current location.

In the above example, the double door type that described a pair of swing doors that open the passage by swinging in the horizontal direction has been described, but a single swing door can also be installed in a single door type. Further, the present invention can be similarly applied to a storage box that swings in the vertical direction to release a frontage, a door of a home appliance, and the like. In the swing door swinging in the vertical direction, the mounting hole 11 shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 is provided on one side in the vertical direction of the surface material 10 and the back surface material 20, so that the bottom or top surface of the swing door can be seen. Side surfaces 16, 26, 46R.
Even when the sliding door face material is made of a metal sheet for transfer printing in place of the swing door, a product that is similarly easy to construct and excellent in design and durability can be obtained.

As explained above, a coated metal plate with a sublimation dye that permeates in the film thickness direction of the top coating is used for the swing door face material. In spite of the fact that the door is often a swing door, a beautiful printed pattern is maintained over a long period of time. In addition, since a continuous design pattern is applied from the front to the side of the door, it gives a positive impression that is clearly different from conventional laminated swing doors that tend to give a flat impression. Moreover, field work is simplified and a high-quality swing door can be installed at low cost.
