Description

【0001】

[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to a locker that utilizes a feature of a transfer-printable coated metal plate to enhance the continuity of a design between adjacent locker doors.
[0002]
[Prior art and problems]
In lockers and coin lockers of public facilities, a plurality of storage rooms are arranged in a frontage direction and a vertical direction so that many users can use them. This type of locker is often placed in a place with a lot of traffic, and the landscape is impaired if the locker constituent material such as a metal plate is exposed. Although the harmony with the surroundings can be measured to some extent by using colored painted metal plates, single-color painted metal plates do not adequately meet the recent needs of increasing interest and preference for the environment.
[0003]
In order to improve the design of the locker and maintain harmony with the surroundings, a method of bonding a print film having a predetermined print pattern to the locker door has been adopted. In the conventional method, since a printing film is bonded to each locker door after assembling the locker, workability is extremely low and construction cost is high. Further, since the print film is stuck on the front surface of the locker door, when the locker is observed obliquely from the side, the side surface of the locker door without the print film is visually recognized. As a result, the design created by the entire printed film is easily cut off at the side of the locker door and lacks a sense of unity. Furthermore, the printed film is discarded when the locker is replaced, but the burden of the disposal process is large in order to suppress adverse effects on the environment.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been devised to solve such a problem, and by using a painted metal plate with a transfer printing pattern for a locker door, the design of each locker door is not interrupted, An object of the present invention is to provide a locker with a highly impressive design.
[0005]
In order to achieve the object, the present invention provides a locker in which a plurality of storage chambers are arranged in a frontage direction and / or a vertical direction, wherein the locker is formed by bending a coated metal plate provided with a transfer printing pattern. A door is provided, and the transfer printing pattern extends from the main surface to the side surface of the locker door, and the transfer printing pattern attached to each locker door constitutes one design as a whole.
[0006]
Embodiment
The coated metal plate used as the surface material of the locker door is composed of a transfer paper printed by offset, silk, gravure, etc., superimposed on the coating on the metal plate, and then heat-pressed to add the sublimable dye to the top coating. Has penetrated. This is a coated metal plate that expresses a predetermined design by transferring a print pattern from a transfer paper to a coating film, and is suitable for small lot and multi-product production. The present inventors also introduced a coated metal plate which can be transferred and printed and has good workability and abrasion resistance in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-239897.
[0007]
Utilizing the advantages of the painted metal plate developed by the present inventors, when forming a rocker door by bending the painted metal plate, it is possible to simplify the construction that could not be achieved with the conventional printing film pasting method Thus, a strong design with a strong sense of unity is provided without interruption at each locker door.
Lockers placed in public facilities and the like are intended for a large number of users, and therefore have a plurality of storage rooms arranged in the frontage direction and the vertical direction. Hereinafter, the present invention will be specifically described with reference to a locker (FIG. 1) in which two storage chambers are arranged in the frontage direction and four storage chambers are vertically arranged.
[0008]
The painted metal plate 10 is cut out by a bending process into a developed shape (FIG. 2) that becomes the main surface portion 11, the side surface portion 12, and the back surface portion 13 of the locker door. A side surface portion 12 that comes into contact with the side surface of the locker door is formed around a main surface portion 11 located in front of the locker door, and a back surface portion 13 that is folded back on the back surface of the locker door is formed. Mountain fold lines 14 and 15 are set between 12 and the back surface portion 13.
[0009]
The transfer printing pattern 20 is applied to each of the coated metal plates 10 by a transfer printing method with a margin in consideration of folding at the time of mounting. That is, the transfer printing pattern 20 is placed between the coating metal sheets 10 mounted on the adjacent rocker doors so that the transfer printing patterns 20 are continuous with each other when the coating metal sheet 10 is folded along the mountain fold lines 14 and 15. Some overlap. In FIG. 2 and subsequent figures, the transfer printing pattern 20 is displayed as a simple figure in order to clarify the relationship between the transfer printing pattern 20 and the shape of the painted metal plate 10.
[0010]
The transfer printing pattern 20 that overlaps the peripheral portion with the adjacent one can be provided only by a transfer printing method suitable for small lot and multi-product production. In the conventional method of cutting and pasting a print film to a predetermined size, I can't get it.
After the transfer printing pattern 20 is applied, the opening 16 is formed at a position serving as an operation unit for opening, closing, and locking. Since the transfer printing pattern 20 is applied by dyeing the coating film of the coated metal plate 10 with a sublimable dye, the pattern does not collapse due to the punching process when the opening 16 is formed. In this regard, when a laminated steel sheet to which a printing film is attached is punched, a part of the printing film is likely to peel or float due to distortion during the processing.
[0011]
The side surface portion 12 and the back surface portion 13 of the painted metal plate 10 having the opening 16 formed are bent at 90 degrees along the fold line 14, and the back surface portion 13 is bent at 90 degrees along the fold line 15 to form a bag. Molded into a locker door. Attach a reinforcing material to the back side of the manufactured locker door as needed. Next, an operation fitting 17 having a keyhole, a key, and the like is fixed to the opening 16 (FIG. 3). The back portion 13 may be further bent along the mountain fold line 18 and the edge portion 19 may be folded inward.
[0012]
Since the locker door is formed by bending the painted metal plate 10, a part 22 of the pattern is arranged on the side surface of the locker door, or a part 23 of the pattern is further arranged on the back surface (FIG. 4). The side pattern 22 is observed obliquely from the front of the locker (FIG. 5), and the back pattern 23 has no non-pattern at the corner between the storage room frame and the locker door, without any discontinuity. Gives the impression of wrapping around the back.
The side surface pattern 22 is continuous with the main surface pattern 21 of the painted metal plate 10 attached to the adjacent locker door when the locker is observed obliquely from the front, and creates a design with a sense of unity. The continuity of the design is maintained in the frontage direction and the vertical direction. Such continuity cannot be obtained by the conventional method of attaching a print film to the front surface of the locker door, and becomes possible only with the coated metal plate 10 provided with the transfer print pattern 20 by the sublimation transfer method.
[0013]
Even at the place where the operation fitting 17 is fixed, the transfer printing pattern 20 is only covered with the operation fitting 17, and the work of assembling the locker becomes easier as compared with the conventional method in which the printing film is pasted after the operation fitting 17 is fixed. In addition, since the operation fitting 17 is observed to be raised with the transfer printing pattern 20 as a background, the visibility of the operation fitting 17 is also improved. Further, there is no floating of the pattern as occurs when the printing film is attached, and a beautiful transfer printing pattern is maintained for a long period of time.
In changing the pattern, it is only necessary to remove the locker door from the locker and replace the locker door formed from the painted metal plate 10 with the new transfer print pattern 20. Therefore, the operation is simplified, and the removed coated metal plate 10 can be recycled as an iron source.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in a rocker door made of a coated metal plate provided with a print pattern by a sublimation transfer method, a transfer print pattern is arranged on the side surface and the back surface. Therefore, when observing a plurality of locker doors, it is possible to give the locker a strong design that gives a sense of unity as a whole without interruption on the side surfaces of the locker doors. As a result, the product is excellent in harmony with the environment and has extremely high discrimination as compared with conventional lockers.
