接続され電源オン時にチヤージ動作し電源オフ時
にデイスチヤージ動作する第１のコンデンサと、
電源オン時に前記第１のコンデンサより遅くチヤ
ージ動作し、かつ電源オフ時に第１のコンデンサ
より速くデイスチヤージ動作する第２のコンデン
サとを備え、電源定常状態時は、前記第１のコン
デンサの電圧が前記第２のコンデンサの電圧より
も低くなるように設定して前記スイツチングトラ
ンジスタをオフとし、電源オンまたはオフ時は前
記第１および第２のコンデンサのチヤージ動作時
間差またはデイスチヤージ動作時間差によつて生
ずる第２のコンデンサの電圧が第１のコンデンサ
の電圧よりも低くなる時間だけ前記スイツチング
トランジスタをオンしミユーテイング信号を生成
出力するように構成したミユーテイング信号生成
回路において、 前記第１のコンデンサと前記第２のコンデンサ
とにそれぞれ並列接続したツエナーダイオードを
設け、第１のコンデンサおよび第２のコンデンサ
の電圧の安定化を可能に構成したことを特徴とす
