ンジスタを制御する制御用半導体集積素子と、前”記パ
ワートランジスタのエミッタとベース間をショートする
ことによりパワーセーブモードに制御するパワーセーブ
スイッチと、パワーセーブモード時に生ずる漏れ電流路
に直列に接続されるともに、前記パワートランジスタの
出力によってのみオンとなることにより漏れ電流を遮断
するスイッチング素子とを設けたことを特徴とする安定
