Abstract

PURPOSE:To automate the conveyance of spun yarns which is inefficient and liable to generate trouble, by providing a conveyer belt having hooks in a gap. CONSTITUTION:Ring-like carbon fibers 1' produced by a centrifugal spinner 12 is shifted onto two conveyers 16 on a conveying line. These conveyers 16 have a gap 21 therebetween, so that the ring-like carbon fibers 1' are set on the two conveyers 16, spanning the gap 21. Further, a transfer belt 19 is laid along the gap 21, moving in the direction of the arrow. This belt 19 has hooks 20 which pick up the ring-like carbon fibers 1' flowing up, for conveyance to the next working station.

(Means for Solving the Problems) Therefore, in the present invention, when conveying carbon fibers, a gap is provided between two conveyors, and a ring-shaped carbon fiber is placed on the two conveyors having this gap. During the movement of the conveyor, a conveyor belt with a hook jig is installed in the gap, and the hook hooks the ring-shaped carbon fiber with the jig and conveys it. It is intended as a means to solve problems.
