本考案は、軽量で特に耐水性に優れた建具、間

洗面所、便所、浴室等の建具、間仕切等は、水
に接触する機会が多く、特に耐水性を必要として
いるが、従来のこれら用途に使用されるパネルは
面材として、各種化粧合板やアルミカラー板等が
用いられ、枠材として木材やアルミ型材等が用い
られ、また芯材として各種形状の紙製コアやウレ
タン発泡体を用いて作られている。しかしながら
上記材料は、耐水性が不充分であり、特に水に触
れる部分から腐食し易く、美感も著るしく損じ、

本考案の実施例を図面に基いて説明すると、第
1図は、本考案に係る耐水性パネルの一部切欠き
斜視図を示し、断面がほぼコ字状であつて背表面
2に並行に金属材差込溝3を設けた枠材1が角形
に組合わされて角形枠を形成している。該角形枠
の枠内には合成樹脂シート製の六角柱状体集合物
のハニカムコアが芯材7として装填されている。
このようにして形成された角形状の両面に合成樹
脂板が表面材8として、接着剤により接着されて
いる。前述の枠材1は、第2図断面図に示すよう
に断面がほぼコ字状で背表面2に並行に金属材差
込溝3が設けられている。パネルはフラツシユド
ア等の建具や便所の仕切板などに用いられるが、
これらの建具や仕切板には、通常アルミニウム押
出材や合成樹脂押出材から作られた補強を兼ねた
化粧縁4がパネルの縁枠を被覆して取付けられ
る。この化粧縁4は枠材1にビス5で止着される

に前記金属材差込溝3に錆止め処理をしたアルミ

く、ビス止め用の当て板としての機能の他、パネ

ラスチツクシートの表裏両側に交互に千鳥状に截
頭円錐状の突起を設けたものなど、PVC,PS,
ABS,PE等のプラスチツクシートから作られた
ものが用いられる。またアスフアルトやフエノー
ル樹脂を含浸するなど耐水処理を施した紙製のハ
ニカムコアまたはこれに類する芯材、例えば前記
した段ボール形のものや連続円柱状集合体を用い
てもよい。表面材としては合成樹脂板、例えば
PVC,PS,ABS等の合成樹脂板が好適でありこ
れらの合成樹脂板を、前述の角形枠に芯材を装填
して形成された角形板に、公知の合成樹脂板に好
適な接着剤例えばゴム系接着剤、エポキシ系接着

の取付けが容易である。また、枠材には金属差込

を兼ねることができ、大型サイズのパネルの製作
も可能である。さらに、本考案に係るパネルは、
耐水性のほか、軽量かつ美感に優れるので、屋内
一般用の建具、間仕切用パネルとしても有用であ
