コンベア上の物品を等間隔にピツチ決めする間隔
設定機構と、上記物品を複数列で搬送する搬送機
構と、コンベア上の物品をこの搬送機構に移送す
る移送機構とを備えた物品配列装置において、コ
ンベア上でピツチ決めされた物品が所定位置に存
在するか否かを検出する検出機構を設けるととも
に、上記移送機構を、移送される各物品に対応し
、かつ、独立して作動可能な移送部材から構成し
、検出機構がコンベア上の物品の欠落を検出した
際に、欠落した物品に対応する移送部材以降の移
送部材を作動させず、後続の物品が当該位置に達
した際にそれらの物品に対応する移送部材を作動
させることを特徴とする物品配列装置の欠落部修
正機構。 (2) 移送機構は、コンベア上を搬送機構側へ進
退動する押し出し機構であることを特徴とする実
