【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は鋼管工場等で製造されたパイプ等の
内面を研磨するためのパイプクリーナーに関する
ものである。

従来、この種のパイプクリーナーは、駆動軸と
研磨軸とをフレキシブルシヤフトにより結合し、
該フレキシブルシヤフトを保護管で覆い、その保
護管の先端の軸受にて研磨軸を支持していたの
で、回転中フレキシブルシヤフトが撓むと、その
保護管にふれ、騒音を発すると共に破損し易い。
これを防ぐため、フレキシブルシヤフトに、その
長さ方向に大きな張力を与えて撓みを防止する
と、研磨軸の軸受けに大きな推力を生じ、その寿
命を著しく短縮する。

間隔保持部材7としてコイルバネを設けたもので
ある。なおbは保護管4を保持している摺動体、
cは調節ハンドル、dは摺動体bと螺合している
ネジ軸、11はモータ、12は走行フレーム、1
3は車輪、14はレール、15は研磨されるパイ
プ、16は研磨具である。
