Claims (1)
- シリンダ内を隔壁によつて軸線方向に小径で小
ストローク長の後室と大径で大ストローク長の前
室との２室に区画し、前記後室には小径ピストン
を、また前室には大径ピストンを進退摺動可能に
嵌装し、前記小径ピストンには後退端位置で後退
端に位置している大径ピストンの背面に当接する
ピストンロツドを隔壁を貫通して設け、大径ピス
トンにはシリンダのエンドキヤツプを貫通して外
部に突出するピストンロツドが設けられ、前記後
室には、その後端に圧力導入ポートと、小径ピス
トンの前進後退移動により後室の小径ピストン背
面側に導入された圧力を前室の大径ピストン背面
側に導入し、また大径ピストン背面側の圧力を小
径ピストン前面側に導入切替されるバイパスポー
トと、後室の前端に圧力を大気又はタンクに排出
するチエツク弁付きの排出ポートとが設けられ、
前記前室の前端に圧力導入出ポートを設けたこと
を特徴とするシリンダ装置。
