Claims (1)
- ロータとステータとの間に形成されたモータ空
隙を静圧軸受あるいは動圧軸受の軸受すきまとす
るモータにおいて、前記ロータの外径面とステー
タの内径面のいずれか一方に非磁性膜を形成した
ことを特徴とするモータ。
