電圧源からの基準電圧が印加され、両者の電位差
を増幅し、得られた出力電圧または出力電流によ
り前記可変利得増幅器の利得を制御する差動増幅
器から構成されるAGC回路において、 前記基準電圧源の基準電圧を接合電圧で電圧降
下させる、前記検波器を構成しているダイオード
と同一品種のダイオードを有することを特徴とす
