- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 上端が開口したほぼ円筒形状の容器下端面
にて多数の孔を有する網体と、 前記容器内にて前記網体と対向する押え羽根を
有する回転体と、 前記回転体に対し一端が軸線方向へ移動可能で
かつ周方向への回転を規制した状態で取付けられ
た回転軸と、 前記回転体を回転軸の一端側へ付勢する弾性部
材と、 前記回転軸を所要の方向へ回転する駆動手段と
、 を備えたことを特徴とする調理材料の裏ごし装
置。 (2) 前記駆動手段は、前記回転軸の他端に取付
けられたハンドルからなることを特徴とする実用
