Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 剛性筒状体の内側にゴム材料が充填されて形成
されるゴム製品を多数個取りで射出成形するのに
使用される金型であつて、 複数個の同一仕様の製品キヤビテイ、１個のス
プルー、及び、該スプルーと前記各製品キヤビテ
イとの間に同一仕様の材料流路を形成する複数組
のランナー・ゲート組とを具備し、 前記製品キヤビテイは、前記剛性筒状体が外周
部を密封的に占めてセツト可能な形状であるゴム
射出成形用金型において、 前記製品キヤビテイの他に１個のダミーキヤビ
テイを具備し、 該ダミーキヤビテイは、前記スプルーと前記ラ
ンナー・ゲート組と同一仕様のランナー・ゲート
組で連通されるとともに、その容量は、前記製品
キヤビテイのゴム充填部容量に、各製品キヤビテ
イでゴム充填後発生するゴム熱膨張分の合計量を
加えたもの以上であること、 を特徴とするゴム射出成形用金型。
