Claims (1)
- 白バランスを調整するための複数個の受光素子
を１チツプ上に構成した半導体素子がリードフレ
ーム上に搭載されるとともに、前記複数個の受光
素子と前記半導体素子と前記リードフレームとが
透明樹脂によりモールドされ、このモールド樹脂
の上面に前記複数個の受光素子と対向して各受光
素子の分光感度特性を異ならせる複数個の光学フ
イルタが設けられたことを特徴とする白バランス
調整装置。
