介在させ、前記冷却媒体が千鳥状に流下していく
ように前記遮蔽板の内縁と外縁とを交互に前記内
側の絶縁筒と外側の絶縁筒とに接するように設置
し、前記遮蔽板の反対側の縁部とこれに向い合う
絶縁筒との間を前記冷却媒体の流下用の通路とす
るとともに、前記遮蔽板の絶縁筒に接している縁
部の付近に孔状の通路を形成し、この通路を介し
て前記冷却媒体の一部を流下させるようにしてな
