断面図である。 １……ホース本体、１０……合成樹脂製の内筒
部、１１……補強部、１２……ゴム製外筒部、２
……継手金具、２１……継手部、２２……ニツプ
ル部、２３……かしめ部。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ブレーキオイルを流通させる合成樹脂製の
内筒部と該内筒部を被覆する補強部と該補強部を
覆うゴム製外筒部とよりなるホース本体と、 一端側に中心孔をもつ継手部と、他端側に該中
心孔と連通する中心孔をもつニツプル部と該ニツ
プル部を同心円状に覆うかしめ部とをもち該ホー
ス本体の一端に固定された金具とからなる継手金
具を有するブレーキホースにおいて、 該金具の該ニツプル部は該ホース本体の該内筒
部の内径より大きな外径をもち、該ニツプル部は
該内筒部の一端側より該一端側の該内筒部の端部
を拡径した状態で挿入固定され、拡径された該内
筒部の端部および該内筒部の端部の外周面側に位
置する該補強部の端部および該外筒部の端部は該
外筒部の端部の外周面を覆い中心方向にかしめら
れた該かしめ部と該ニツプル部との間で挾持され
た構造をもつことを特徴とする継手金具を有する
ブレーキホース。 (2) ニツプル部の外径と内筒部の内径の寸法比
率は ０．０５≦（ニツプル部の外径―内筒部の内径
）／内筒部の内径≦０．４ の関係にある実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
の継手金具を有するブレーキホース。
