と、上記樹脂誘電体の外周部に固定された接地板
と、上記樹脂誘電体の両面に各々付着形成され一
方が上記中心導体に電気的に接続され他方が上記
接地板に電気的に接続された電極層と、これら電
極層、接地板、中心導体、樹脂誘電体を覆うよう
にモールド形成された樹脂絶縁物とからなること
