Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

(1) In a magnetron in which a cathode stem is covered with a shield box and a filter element is connected to the input terminal of the cathode stem, the filter element includes a small choke coil whose one end is connected to the input terminal, and the choke coil. A cylindrical earth electrode that surrounds the coil and is attached to the shield box, a cylindrical electrode that is placed outside this earth electrode and is connected to the choke coil, and a cylindrical electrode that is filled inside and outside of this cylindrical electrode. A magnetron characterized by comprising a resin insulator which is molded.
