Traditionally, silk fabrics have been overwhelmingly used as outer materials for neckties, followed by fabrics made of polyester synthetic fibers, acetate fibers, and the like. The core material of the interlining is wool. Ties made from a combination of these materials are nearly impossible to wash at home, and even when sent to dry cleaning, they tend to be difficult to remove stains or lose their shape. Temporarily outer fabric, interlining, lining,
Even if sewing threads are made of polyester-based synthetic fibers, which are said to have W&W properties, traditional necktie structures tend to lose their shape. In particular, everyone has experienced the fact that the interlining curls up into a rope shape inside.

Furthermore, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 48-62547 proposes a necktie consisting of a front fabric and an interlining material, in which the front fabric and the interlining material are dot-bonded to each other over the entire surface.

しかしながら、このネクタイは表生地と芯地を

However, this tie has the disadvantage that the outer material and the interlining are glued and integrated over the entire surface, which impairs the aesthetic quality of the tie. That is, because the entire surface is bonded, the elongation of the outer fabric in the bias direction is suppressed, resulting in a paper-like appearance, poor softness, and lack of three-dimensionality due to the lack of natural sagging due to its own weight.

This invention was developed in view of the drawbacks of the conventional neckties mentioned above.
To provide a washable necktie that does not lose its shape even when subjected to dry cleaning as well as household electric washing machines, can be washed by amateurs, and has the same aesthetics, feel and wearability as conventional products. It was designed for this purpose.

That is, in the present invention, the interlining is folded back from the back side of the outer fabric along the facing side of the outer fabric while being in contact with the outer fabric, and the outer fabric facing and the interlining are folded in the vicinity of the folding side of the facing fabric. The present invention relates to a washable necktie, characterized in that the upper side has a chain stitch shape and the lower side is sewn with a hand stitch type seam.

The present invention will be further explained based on the drawings. FIG. 1 shows the structure of a conventional necktie. That is, it is composed of an outer material 1, a lining material 2, and an interlining material 3, and the outer material's seams 1-R and 1-R overlap slightly in the center and are sewn to the interlining material 3 with sewing thread 4. . When a tie having such a structure is washed, the left and right sides of the interlining 3 are bent into a rope-like shape.

Figure 2 shows the necktie of the present invention. Outer material 1,
It is the same as the conventional necktie structure in that it is composed of a lining 2 and an interlining 3. However, as shown in FIG. 2B, the interlining 3 is significantly different from the outer material 1 in that, like the outer material 1, the interlining material 3 is folded back on the back side and provided with interlining material turns 3-R and 3-L that are continuous and integrated.

As shown in Figure 2 B, at both ends of the seam-gae, the outer seam-gae 1-L, 1-R and the core seam-gae 3-L, 3.
The object of the present invention is achieved by sewing and fixing -R with sewing threads T-L and TR. This sewing method was first applied for by the inventor (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 1983-1979).
By using a sewing machine such as the sewing machine that produces extremely small threads on the front side, the threads on the front side will have extremely small threads, resulting in a seam that looks like there is no seam. Further, the center part is sewn and fixed using a conventional sewing thread 4.

In the present invention, as mentioned above, the interlining 3 is folded back on the back side like the outer material 1, and the folded part of the interlining 3 is sewn together, so that it can be tied easily by agitation with a washing machine etc. The core will not curl up inside and cause a rope-like shape.
In addition, the tie interlining is designed to have a balanced vertical and horizontal placement, just like the collar interlining of a dress shirt. However, it is normal for the weft thread to be inserted a little loosely. Therefore, when using positive bias,
The vertical and horizontal balance is slightly off. By folding the interlining as in the present invention, this asymmetrical balance is canceled out, so a tie without twisting can be obtained.

In addition, the material of the above necktie is made of polyester fiber as the main material for both the outer material and the interlining, which is less prone to shrinkage, wrinkles, and fraying. It becomes possible to tie.

Further, according to the present invention, it is possible to create a necktie that is excellent in aesthetics as a necktie, and that can be washed at home by an amateur, although the product has no difference in wearability or feel to conventional neckties.
