坦面13と前記筒体5の軸方向端面との間に間隙
を設け、この間隙に露出する前記カム軸4に環状
溝14を形成して、この環状溝14に例えばC或

し、該止めリング15を前記平坦面13に接触さ
せて前記カムレバー3がハウジング8より抜け出
