PURPOSE:To improve both running stability and riding comfortableness by specifying elastic characteristic for more frequent backward load among load acting on a vehicle. CONSTITUTION:Both end fixing portions 3, 4 of a trailing link 1 are respectively formed by inserting rubber bushes 13, 14 comprising rubber elastic bodies 11, 12 interposed between inner cylinders 7, 8 and outer cylinders 9, 10 in cylinders 5, 6 fixed to a connecting member 2. Hollow theft portions 11a, 11b, 12a, 12b piercing in the axial direction of both cylinders 7-10 are formed at the connecting regions of the rubber elastic bodies 11, 12 with the connecting member 2 and the opposite regions. The hollow theft portions 11a, 12a of the connecting regions with the connecting member 2 are divided into two parts substantially symmetrically by previously pre-compressed partition wall portions 11c, 12c.
