リポートを有することを特徴とするロボツト用シ
リンダ装置。 (2) 前記ピストンロツドの内部に、軸方向に貫
通する流体通路が形成されていることを特徴とす

用シリンダ装置。 (3) 前記シリンダハウジングに、前記シリンダ
チユーブ内の前記ピストンに装着された磁石に感
応する位置センサが設けられていることを特徴と
