グに回転自在に支持されるロボツト用シリンダ装
置であつて、前記シリンダチユーブ内に流体を給
排する流体給排口が形成され、前記ロツドキヤツ
プに対して相対的に空転自在に装着されるロータ
リポートを有することを特徴とするロボツト用シ
リンダ装置。 (2) 前記ピストンロツドの内部に、軸方向に貫
通する流体通路が形成されていることを特徴とす
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のロボツト
用シリンダ装置。 (3) 前記シリンダハウジングに、前記シリンダ
チユーブ内の前記ピストンに装着された磁石に感
応する位置センサが設けられていることを特徴と
する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のロボツ
