Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明はリヤシートバツクなどシートバツク
(座席の背凭部)を車体の壁面に添着して固定す
る車両用シートバツクにおけるヘツドレスト取付
構造に係るものである。

従来この種の車両用シートバツクはシートバツ
ク自体にヘツドレストを装着してヘツドレストに
かかる衝撃時の外力をシートバツクで支える構造
であつた。従つて、このシートバツクはヘツドレ
ストにかかる衝撃に対して変形、破損…等する虞
れがないようにその構成部材であるヘツドレスト
取付用のフレームなどを頑強な部材で強化する必
要があり、そのためシートバツクの構造が複雑に
なり生産性が悪いばかりか、軽量化を図ることが
できない…などの不具合があつた。

そこで本発明は斯様な事情に鑑みて発明された
ものであり、その要旨とするところはシートバツ
クを添着する車体壁にヘツドレストのステーを支
持する支持具を設けると共に、該支持具に開口さ
れた挿込孔とシートバツクに開口された貫通孔と
を同軸線上に一致させてステー用取付孔を形成
し、該ステー用取付孔にヘツドレストのステーを
取り付けたことにより、従来の如きシートバツク
を強化する必要がなくなり、シートバツクの構造
の単純化を計ることができ、生産性の向上、シー
トバツクの軽量化などが達成できるし、又、シー
トバツクがヘツドレストのステー挿通によつて車
体に同時に組付けできるため、シートバツクの連
結部材及びその取付作業が不要になり作業性をも
向上し、得るものである。

脂、金属板などの剛性部材からなる従来周知態様
の車体を示し、b1はシートバツクAを添着する車
体壁で前下り状に傾斜している。b2は略水平状の
リヤートレーでありb3はリヤウインドー、Cはヘ
ツドレスト、c1はヘツドレストのステーを夫々示
し、上記シートバツクAはワイヤからなる下枠線
a1,a1及びフレーム状枠杆a1′(この枠杆は下枠線
a1と同一に線材で形成するも任意である)などの
下枠部材上にウレタンなどの発泡材料a2を載量
し、これを表皮a3で被包してなるものであり、こ
のシートバツクAの背部を構成するヘツドレスト
取付位置における下枠線a1,a1、枠杆(a1′)′に
渉つてシートバツク固定用の取付片10を内方に
向けて取付ける。そして取付片10は金属板など
の剛性を有する部材で後述する車体Bに固定せる
ステー支持用の支持具20に係合するように上面
を水平面とし、その水平面に、ヘツドレストCの
ステーガイド筒C2を挿通するための貫通孔10

通するステーガイド筒C2を挿通するための挿込
孔21a,22aを夫々開口し、その突片21に
は前記シートバツクAの固定用取付片10を係合
する係合段部21cを介して固着部21bを延設
してこれを車体Cのリヤトレーb2に固着し、又下
突片22はその左右端縁に延設した固定片部22
bを車体Bの壁面b1に固着する。

通孔が前記上支片25と下支片26の挿通口の上
下方向にあらかじめ開穴しておく、又その上部に
は補強片27を内設してシートバツクAにおける
ステーc1挿通部を強化する。
